Information we collect

When you submit the registration form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• The number of attendees you’re registering
• Each attendee’s age
• Your availability (weekday/weekend preference, specific days and times, and time zone)
• Any additional notes you choose to add

How we use it

We use this information to plan the workshop schedule around when registered families are actually available, and to email you when workshop dates are confirmed. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent it to third parties.

Where it's stored

Registration data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with Row Level Security enabled. Only CTS staff (via an authenticated admin login) and our own server-side systems can read this data — it is never exposed directly to the public.

Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Supabase — hosts the database where registration information is stored.
• Resend — sends the confirmation email you receive after registering.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Each provider only processes data as needed to provide their respective service to us.

Information about children

This form is filled out by a parent or guardian, who provides information about their attendee(s) (such as age) as part of registering interest in the workshop. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this form.

Data retention

We retain registration information for as long as needed to plan and run Workshop sessions. If you’d like your information deleted before then, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy
